3 Tools to Help You Landscape Easier With Fibromyalgia or Chronic Pain

Landscaping season is definitely here. Before the weather warms too much, diving head long into the landscaping and yardwork that abounds is the sensible thing to do.  With all the gusto of a horse springing from a gate on a track, we head out to take on and tackle everything on our list and then some.  With fibromyalgia, however, pacing ourselves and making sure we have tools that will help us work smarter, not harder, isn’t usually a part of the planning and the to-do list.

Many with fibromyalgia or other chronic pain conditions can attest to the fact, though, that using the right tools can help make the landscaping experience more enjoyable and easier on our bodies. In my latest video, I talk about 3 things that make my landscaping easier. If you are interested in any of the items shown in the video, there are links in the description of it for the products.  Please note, they are affiliated links, so I will earn a small commission from them, if you use them, but it will be at absolutely no cost to you!

I am always interested in finding out what others do as well, so let me know what you do to make landscaping and lawn care with fibromyalgia or chronic pain easier and more enjoyable.

Muscadine Juice is easy to make and another one of nature’s medicines

Muscadine juice offers so many health benefits, from being loaded with antioxidents and other vital nutrients, to helping to promote cellular healing, which slows aging. Additionally, it can help with lowering cholesterol, is heart friendly, helps fighting cancer cells and so much more. Why not try out making some of this delicious and healthy juice that you can either drink or then change into jelly.

You can also see me make the juice and talk through the process a little more in depth, including what to look for in the grapes you pick, how to avoid bitterness and see the process that I go through and why in this video that I did on it.

Both recipes are included in the attachment below. Let me know if you try this and what you think!
